Edens Agency Refund Policy

A refund is the reimbursement of the cost of a service to a customer, regardless of the basis for reimbursement ("Refund"). Edens Agency processes refunds by reversing the amount previously charged to the customer's original payment method, ensuring that the appropriate amount is credited accordingly.
Edens Agency will only offer a refund under the following conditions:
The provided service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or deliverables outlined in the service agreement.
Edens Agency is unable to fix or rectify any deficiencies in the service delivered.
The refund amount will not exceed the original price paid for the service.
At any time, Edens Agency’s service delivery may depend on workload and unforeseen circumstances, potentially extending beyond estimated delivery timelines. Refunds will not be granted solely based on delayed service delivery, provided that the service is ultimately rendered.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only to the original funding source. For example:
If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
If the original account is closed, the customer should contact Edens Agency for assistance.
Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
The client fails to provide the necessary approvals, access, or materials required for execution.
The client makes unauthorized modifications to the service or campaign that negatively impact performance.
The client terminates services before the agreed-upon service period concludes.
Refund requests are submitted after the allowed refund request period.
Refund Request & Processing
To initiate a refund request, clients must:
Submit a written request to info@edensagency.com within 7 days of service completion.
Provide relevant documentation demonstrating the service did not meet the agreed-upon terms.
Allow a performance review period, during which Edens Agency will assess the validity of the request.
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued if a portion of the service was successfully delivered.
Any disputes or chargebacks filed without first contacting Edens Agency for resolution will void refund eligibility.

Edens Agency reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
